p20130222 PoJAM to POLICY is overdue since 2 years

p20130223 Several minor changes to PoP to DRAFT recently comes to awareness while trying to update the policies in the policy directories. One located under the production system www.cacert.org/policy and the working directory under svn.cacert.org/CAcert/policies
To update policies in the working directory is less a problem, but to get the voted policy changes to production caused us some headache.
With the policy decision p20100306 – minor changes to PoP we have a mechanism to add link corrections, correct spelling errors and such. The main problem: decision p20100306 references to the Policy Officer. Policy Officer’s seat is vacant since policies have been deployed to CAcert. So a very long time. And to nominate a Policy Officer debate is quite controverse. So the formal move of the p20100306 decision into PoP with no exclusive definition, that this job is to do by a Policy Officer has been introduced. The work can be done by either Policy Group member or other team members with the clause to announce the minor changes made to Policy Group.
