IT fair in Bamberg, Germany

There will be a CAcert booth at the IT fair in Bamberg, Germany organized by trainees of Deutsche Telekom AG on 3rd and 4th of may. Main topics will be Linux and networking. More information can be found on the website (german).

You can obtain a CAcert Assurer label at the bigger events where CAcert Assurances events are being organized.
With this (informal) CAcert Assurer label (a pin) you can make you known as CAcert Assurer so someone can easily find you on CAcert Assurance events.

How to become a CAcert Association member

Most of us enjoy the CAcert free certficate service. But some of us also want to help out to make this service a long term and reliable free service. The base for this is done and carried out by persons joined by the CAcert Inc. association. If you want to join the association have a look at CAcert Association Membership For only 10 US$ per year and remember you need two current association members to nominate in order to join.

CAcert Assurance and PGP signing event

At the dutch NLUUG conference, Thursday 10th of May 2007 (conf. theme is Virtualisation), location Reehorst, Ede, Holland there will be CAcert Assurances, CAcert info (and news!), and OpenPGP signing. The conference is from 9am-5 pm. For CAcert and PGP there is a free admittance.

Um das Web-of-Trust in und um Kiel zu stärken und Menschen mit Interesse an Kryptographie, PGP und CAcert.org zusammenzubringen, findet am 20. April ab 12:30 Uhr eine PGP-Keysigning-Party in Verbindung mit einer CAcert.org-Zertifizierungs-Party statt.
