Unfortunately, there has been a backlog in the delivery of renewed and new certificates in Signer. The Critical Team cannot solve this remotely. A visit to the data centre is planned for next Monday. The stuck certificates should then be delivered. We are sorry that there has been a disruption again.
Im Signer ist es leider zu einem Stau der Auslieferung erneuerter und neuer Zertifikate gekommen. Das Critical Team kann dies nicht per Fernwartung lösen. Ein Besuch des Rechenzentrums ist am kommenden Montag geplant. Die feststeckenden Zertifikate sollten anschliessend ausgeliefert werden. Es tut uns Leid, dass es erneut zu einer Störung gekommen ist.
There is still some certificates waiting for renewal. For quite a while, the certificates have not worked correctly under Windows 10, or any browser except legacy Firefox (tested under Windows Vista) due to using different file format.
When importing CRT/CER files, the certificate can’t be added to browser or used for secure login before converting to PFX (PKCS#12) format.

I just successfully renewed one of my (class 3) certificates. I got the renewd certificate without delay. I could download it (as CRT file in PEM format), import it into my up-to-date Firefox browser (using Linux), make a PKCS12 backup (including the private key stored in the browser), and import the PKCS12 file into my Thunderbird mail client. So, all in all, currently no problems for me. (Generating new certificates is another issue of course due to the discontinued browser support, but this is not related to the current problems with the CAcert signing machine.)

Ich kann die Aussage von Bernd bestätigen: Die Warteschlange wurde abgearbeitet. Auch ich habe eine entsprechende Bestätigung bekommen. Das Ciritical Team ist im Moment noch auf der Heimreise oder am Ausschlafen nach den gestrigen Strapazen. Deshalb ist eine offizielle Mitteilung noch nicht möglich.
